SA: Downer says Rudd cannot have it both ways in Iraq

Foreign Minister ALEXANDER DOWNER says KEVIN RUDD can't have it both ways by opposing
the war in Iraq .. but committing to leave 900 troops if elected.

Mr DOWNER has launched a stinging attack on the Labor leader .. accusing him of contradicting
himself on a policy to only withdraw 500 of the 14 hundred Australian troops in Iraq.

He says Mr RUDD can't say the Iraq War is wrong and that American and Australian troops
should be withdrawn .. then plan to leave some there if he wins the election.
